(San Diego, CA) Chris Simpson, the SOLUTE Information Assurance Task Lead, and Maryann Knapton, a Senior Network Security Engineer, were designated as Fully Qualified Navy Validators by the Navy Certification Authority. This designation allows them to validate DIACAP packages to the Navy Certification Authority.
