(San Diego, CA) On August 17 and 18, SOLUTE will take part in the 22nd Annual Navy Gold Coast Small Business Opportunity Conference at the San Diego Convention Center. The purpose of Gold Coast is to provide a forum to educate, guide, and assist businesses in working with the government, primarily the Department of Defense (DoD).  Since its inception over 20 years ago, Gold Coast has been co-hosted on a rotating basis by NAVSEA, NAVFAC, SPAWAR, NAVSUP, NAVAIR, and the US Marine Corps. This year, the San Diego Chapter of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) and the Marine Corps are bringing interesting and motivating speakers to the conference that will present topics related to working with the government. This year's keynote speakers include the Honorable Robert O. Work, Under Secretary of The Navy, and U.S. Senator James Webb of Virginia.
